Fill in what you know. If you are not sure of the size or the rhythm, say what the site produces and how fast and we will work it out with you. Nothing is booked or charged by sending this; it opens a conversation, and the reply comes from Steve, not an autoresponder.
Sent. Steve will come back to you at the phone or email above with a size, a schedule and a monthly price. If it is urgent, call 617-459-7536.
What happens next
Steve reads the request, usually calls, and settles three things: which size and how many, how often the box is swapped or emptied, and where it sits on the site. Then you get a monthly figure in writing. Accounts are billed monthly; the first delivery is scheduled the same way a one-off is, with a morning or afternoon window.
Worth having ready
- Paperwork your office needs — most property managers, schools and landlords want a certificate of insurance and a W-9 on file before the first delivery; say so and we send both.
- The spot — flat and paved, clear overhead, and the truck can reach it. A loading dock, a fire lane and a parking structure are the three things that most often do not work.
- What goes in — cardboard, packaging, fixtures, furniture, renovation debris are all fine. Food waste and cooking oil, grease or other heavy oils are not accepted at any volume; those go to their own haulers.
