Where should we place it? *

Every rental needs the fire department's dumpster permit. On a driveway that's the only one in most towns; some add their own. See permits by town.

I've checked where it goes: the spot is at least 17 feet long (22 feet for the 20-yard), the truck can get to it, and there are no low wires or branches overhead. If the driver can't place the container, the $175 dry-run fee applies.

Placement notes (optional)

Roughly when was the building put up? *

This is not a clearance — asbestos was used in buildings of every era, and a newer building is not automatically clear. It tells our driver what to expect. If you are pulling off siding, roofing, floor tile, pipe wrap or old insulation, have it tested before it goes in the container. What we cannot take.

Two local yards

Roll-off dumpsters from North Reading and Hudson

Our trucks run out of two yards: 299 Main St in North Reading for the North Shore and the Merrimack Valley, and 22 Bonazzoli Ave in Hudson for MetroWest. Every town is served from the closer of the two, which is what keeps delivery windows short. Steve owns the trucks and answers the phone, and the price you see when you book is the price you pay.
