What the 10-yard is for

The 10-yard is the right call for a contained, single-purpose job: a garage that has accumulated fifteen years of things, an attic or basement clearout, or one room stripped back to the studs. If you can picture the pile before you start and it fits in a corner of the driveway, this is your size.

It is also the size that fits where the bigger boxes cannot. Short driveways, tight turns, overhanging branches and neighbors parked close on both sides all favor the 10-yard. If access is your constraint rather than volume, start here.

Weight is the real limit

The 10-yard includes 1 ton of disposal weight, and that allowance is what most people hit first — not the top rail. Household junk, furniture and light construction debris will fill the space before they reach the limit. Dense material will not.

Masonry — concrete, brick, gravel, stone, dirt — cannot go in any of our containers. It has to go to a different facility entirely. If you have a meaningful amount, call us first and we will sort out a separate arrangement rather than have it turn into a removal fee.

Should you size up?

If you are clearing more than one room, taking out kitchen cabinets, or you have any doubt at all, look at the 12-yard. The price difference is modest and it includes more weight. A second container costs a second delivery, a second haul and a second rental period — which is always more than the gap between two sizes.

All three rental terms are below. Delivery and pickup are included in every price — there is no separate haul charge and no percentage added at the end; the only other charge is the $19 booking fee, shown before you pay.
