Dumpster Rental in Natick, MA

Dumpster delivery to every part of Natick from our Hudson yard. Book online and see the exact price first.

Selling a house in Natick? A cleared property photographs better, shows better, and stops a buyer's inspector writing paragraphs about clutter in the mechanical room.

The center and South Natick are older and closer set, while the streets off Route 135 and the lake have room. South on Route 27 or in off Route 9 from the Hudson yard.

We are a family-owned container company run by Steve, a local firefighter raised in this area. You book online in about a minute, see the exact price before you pay, and deal with the person whose name is on the truck.

Listing prep and move-outs in Natick

Listing work in Natick runs on somebody else's calendar. Photos are booked, the open house is set, and the container has to be gone before either. Take the 7-day rather than the 3-day: it is $25 more on every size we run and it buys back the weekend you would otherwise spend watching the clock.

The center, the lake and the Marathon route

Natick Center has kept a real downtown, with the common, the Morse Institute Library and the shops around it, and the commuter rail running straight through. Lake Cochituate cuts the town into pieces and gives it a state park with three basins to swim and paddle in. The Boston Marathon comes through on Route 135 every Patriots' Day, and the town turns out along it.

  • Boston Marathon Third Monday in April, Route 135. Route 135 closes through the town for most of the day.
  • Natick Days September, town common.
  • Natick Farmers Market Saturday mornings in season.

Nothing gets delivered across Route 135 on Marathon Monday, so that week is worth booking early. Otherwise the center and South Natick want the smaller boxes and the rest of the town takes any size.

Ordering one size too small is the costly mistake on a Natick job, because a second haul costs more than the step up. The item picker and the weight, roofing, drywall and deck calculators help you avoid it.

Access and permits

We need roughly the length of two parked cars plus room for the truck to back straight in, and clear space overhead for the hoist. Most Natick driveways manage that easily; the ones that do not are usually the short, steep or shared kind, and those are worth flagging.

Natick requires a Board of Health permit for every temporary dumpster, driveways included, on top of the fire department permit the state fire code requires. A street spot also needs permission from the Select Board (a permit to occupy a public way). Getting the Board of Health and fire permits is the customer's responsibility, so apply before delivery day. The dumpster permit guide lists this rule and its source next to every other town we serve.

Loading the container

Load heavy material low and flat, keep everything below the rim, and set aside anything on the prohibited list before you start rather than after. Mattresses, old clothes and linens, tires, paint, electronics, appliances with refrigerant and yard waste all need a different route, and a prohibited item found at the gate carries a $200 fee. The full lists live on the FAQ page.

Suspect material such as old siding, floor tile, pipe insulation or plaster should be tested for asbestos before it comes off, and a newer building is not automatically clear. Asbestos cannot go in the dumpster at any price. What we cannot take ›

Natick questions

How much does a dumpster cost in Natick?

Natick pays the same rates as every town we serve, starting at $475 with delivery, pickup and disposal included. The extras are listed up front: the $19 booking fee, and fees for going over the weight, keeping it longer or loading a prohibited item.

Do I need a permit for a dumpster in Natick?

On your own driveway you need the fire department's dumpster permit and a Board of Health permit. The state fire code requires the first for any dumpster over 6 cubic yards that stays overnight. In Natick, the Board of Health requires a permit for every temporary dumpster, private property included. A dumpster on a street or sidewalk needs permission from the Select Board (a permit to occupy a public way). Getting the Board of Health and fire permits is the customer's responsibility, so apply before delivery day.

Do you serve the whole of Natick?

Yes, every part of it, from our Hudson yard. If your street is awkward for a truck the size of a moving van, describe it in the placement notes when you book and we will tell you before we load rather than after we arrive.

Prices, fees and rental terms are the same across our whole service area. See the Terms of Service for the complete fee schedule.
